Wie we zijn
Your Class is het digitale lesboek voor Pilates-, yoga- en barre-instructeurs, uitgebracht onder het merk PLTÉ en uitgegeven door Linga Group BV (Nederland). Vragen over privacy? Mail ons op hello@plte.nl.
Welke gegevens we bewaren
Je account: naam, e-mailadres en een versleuteld wachtwoord. Je profiel: studio-situatie, rol, disciplines en taal, plus vier velden die je vrijwillig kunt invullen (geboortejaar, stad, land en geslacht). Je inhoud: de lessen, oefeningen en notities die je zelf maakt. Technisch: het tijdstip van je laatste login.
Waarvoor we ze gebruiken
Om de app te laten werken (je lesboek bewaren en synchroniseren), om de app persoonlijker te maken (begroeting, taal, jouw disciplines voorop) en om in grote lijnen te begrijpen wie Your Class gebruikt, zodat we hem gericht kunnen verbeteren. We tonen geen advertenties, we verkopen je gegevens nooit en we gebruiken geen volgsoftware van derden.
Waar je gegevens staan
In de Europese Unie, bij onze databasepartner Supabase in Frankfurt (Duitsland). De webversie wordt geleverd via onze hostingpartner; ook daar slaan wij zelf geen extra persoonsgegevens op. De webversie gebruikt alleen functionele cookies om je ingelogd te houden.
Hoe lang we ze bewaren
Zolang je een account hebt. Lessen en oefeningen in je prullenmand worden na 30 dagen definitief gewist. Verwijder je je account (in de app: Profiel, Instellingen, Account verwijderen), dan wissen we direct en permanent al je gegevens.
Jouw rechten
Inzien en meenemen: exporteer al je gegevens als bestand via Instellingen. Corrigeren: pas je profiel aan in de app. Verwijderen: wis je account in de app, zonder ons te hoeven vragen. Voor alle overige AVG-verzoeken mail je hello@plte.nl; we reageren binnen 30 dagen. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Wijzigingen
Past dit beleid wezenlijk aan wat we met je gegevens doen, dan melden we dat in de app voordat de wijziging ingaat.
Who we are

What we store
Your account: name, email address and an encrypted password. Your profile: studio situation, role, disciplines and language, plus four fields you may fill in voluntarily (year of birth, city, country and gender). Your content: the classes, moves and notes you create. Technical: the time of your last login.
What we use it for
To make the app work (storing and syncing your notebook), to make it personal (greeting, language, your disciplines first) and to understand in broad strokes who uses Your Class so we can improve it. We show no ads, we never sell your data and we use no third-party tracking.
Where your data lives
In the European Union, with our database partner Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. The web version is delivered through our hosting partner; we store no additional personal data there. The web version only uses functional cookies to keep you signed in.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Classes and moves in your trash are permanently erased after 30 days. If you delete your account (in the app: Profile, Settings, Delete account) we immediately and permanently erase all your data.
Your rights
Access and portability: export all your data as a file via Settings. Rectification: edit your profile in the app. Erasure: delete your account in the app, no request needed. For any other GDPR request, email hello@plte.nl; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy materially changes what we do with your data, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
